It is about sharing with you the heart, soul and spirit of excellence that I witnessed my Mother bring to bear in preparation of everything she cooked and baked for those she knew and loved. And so it is with me. My hope is that you come to know and feel the very same love (that I felt) I feel every time I prepare for you the best, hand-made, home-good cooking like Mama used to make.
