Bar-B-Q Heaven

Ronald F. Jones spent his youth learning every facet of the business and in 1975 he purchased Bar-B-Q Heaven Inc. from his father and mother, putting him in position as president and sole owner of this African American owned and operated enterprise.

Ronald's first full-time assignment was that of Unit Manager for one location. Utilizing his analytical and interpersonal skills, he quickly advances to Area Supervisor for all units. Additionally, he contributed significantly to the development of a centralized commissary system.

Ronald's career with Bar-B-Q Heaven spans nearly 65 years. As president, Mr. Jones is responsible for the supervision of 22 full-time employees and several part-time staff. Additional duties include oversight of all purchasing, marketing, sales, product preparation and training.

In 1999 Ronald added a sister company to the current corporations, Bar-B-Q Heaven Food Distribution. Bar-B-Q Heaven Food Distribution currently services local restaurants and several Casino River Boat Resorts.
